"Tech To Teach" aims to develop a more digital and technology-based education environment where active learning happens while offering a virtual learning opportunity in and out of school context . Integration of technology interdisciplinarily with different lessons is essential for blended learning. The above objectives responds to following priorities;

• Addressing digital transformation through development of digital readiness, resilience and capacity (Horizontal Priority).
• Supporting teachers, school leaders and other teaching professions (School Education).

• Promoting interest and excellence in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) and the STEAM approach (School Education).

Project's objectives are to:

• offer teachers collaboration in creating innovative technology-based active learning school curricula,
• contribute to developing and implementing technology into education properly,
• develop and integrate teachers' and educators' teaching skills with the technology,
• develop a student-centered approach to technology usage in education with collaboration and active learning,
• explore new forms of teaching, learning, and assessment of students achievements,
• guide teachers and educators, how to motivate children and inspire their passion for learning, implementing and taking an active part in learning in technology,
• share the experience of good practice on technology usage.

During the project's lifetime, 2 Project Results (PRs) will be developed:

• Tech To Teach Guide For Teachers

Different approaches and models about technology in education and TBAL and digital education will be analyzed to create a guide manual for teachers with the participation of allinstitutions, schools, and universities involved in the project.

Teacher's guide chapters will include: 

• A theoretical framework of digital and technological education
• Integration of disciplines and integrated technological education 
• Literacy and thinking skills in technological education
• Forming a technological unit/lesson plan 
• Innovative assessment methods in technological education 
• Self-assessments for students as active learners.

2) TBAL(Technology Based Active Education) modules for lesson and activity book:  

Teachers will evaluate the activities and they will choose the best activities in regards to TBAL education. Overall of the evaluationprocess chosen activities will be in the book. In this way, the activity aims to develope teachers' competencies in technology usage and TBAL education while providing a guidebook for teachers to use in their professional life.

"Tech To Teach", okul içinde ve dışında sanal bir öğrenme fırsatı sunarken aktif öğrenmenin gerçekleştiği daha dijital ve teknoloji tabanlı bir eğitim ortamı geliştirmeyi amaçlıyor. Teknolojinin disiplinler arası olarak farklı derslerle entegrasyonu, harmanlanmış öğrenme için esastır. Yukarıdaki hedefler aşağıdaki önceliklere yanıt verir;

• Dijital hazırlık, dayanıklılık ve kapasitenin geliştirilmesi yoluyla dijital dönüşümü ele almak (Yatay Öncelik).
• Öğretmenleri, okul liderlerini ve diğer öğretmenlik mesleklerini desteklemek (Okul Eğitimi).
• Bilim, teknoloji, mühendislik ve matematiğe ilgi ve başarıyı teşvik etmek (STEM) ve STEAM yaklaşımı (Okul Eğitimi).

• Yenilikçi teknoloji tabanlı aktif öğrenmeye dayalı okul müfredatı oluşturmada öğretmenlere işbirliği sunmak,
• Teknolojinin geliştirilmesi ve eğitime doğru bir şekilde uygulanmasına katkıda bulunmak,
• Öğretmenlerin ve eğitimcilerin öğretme becerilerini teknoloji ile geliştirmek ve entegre etmek,
• İşbirliği ve aktif öğrenme ile eğitimde teknoloji kullanımına öğrenci merkezli bir yaklaşım geliştirmek,
• Yeni öğretim, öğrenme ve öğrenci başarılarının değerlendirilmesi biçimlerini keşfetmek,
• Öğretmenlere ve eğitimcilere, öğrencilerin teknolojik öğrenme, uygulama ve aktif rol almada ilham vermeleri ve motive etmeleri konusunda rehberlik etmek,
• Teknoloji kullanımıyla ilgili iyi uygulama deneyimini paylaşmak.

Proje süresince 2 Proje Sonucu (PR) geliştirilecektir:

• Öğretmenler İçin Eğitim Rehberi Teknolojisi

Projede yer alan tüm kurum, okul ve üniversitelerin katılımıyla, eğitimde teknoloji , Teknoloji Temelli Aktif Öğrenme ve dijital eğitim konusunda farklı yaklaşım ve modeller analiz edilerek öğretmenler için bir rehber kitap oluşturulacaktır.

Öğretmen kılavuzu bölümleri şunları içerecektir:

• Dijital ve teknolojik eğitimin teorik çerçevesi,
• Farklı disiplinlerin teknolojik eğitimle entegrasyonu,
• Teknolojik eğitimde okuryazarlık ve düşünme becerileri,
• Teknolojik ünite/ders planı oluşturma,
• Teknolojik eğitimde yenilikçi değerlendirme yöntemleri,
• Aktif öğrenenler olarak öğrenciler için öz değerlendirmeler.

2) TBAL (Teknoloji Tabanlı Aktif Eğitim) Modülleri Ders ve Etkinlik Kitabı için:

Öğretmenler etkinlikleri değerlendirecek ve TBAL eğitimi açısından en iyi etkinlikleri seçeceklerdir. Değerlendirme sürecinin tamamında seçilen etkinlikler kitapta yer alacaktır. Bu şekilde etkinlik, öğretmenlerin mesleki yaşamlarında kullanmaları için bir rehber sunarken, öğretmenlerin teknoloji kullanımı ve TBAL eğitimindeki yetkinliklerini geliştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır.
