The hVET project is a collaborative and innovative educational approach based on a variation of a hybrid teaching model (blend of physical and virtual learning) applicable in the VET sector. The main objective of the hVET project is to prepare VET schools for the new, post-pandemic education by creating, testing and implementing a variation of a hybrid teaching model with a set of tailored tools, resources, materials for VET teachers, trainers, practitioners and students. The tools will support VET teachers to be effective in this new hybrid setting to drive participation and collaboration among students, boost students' motivation, inspire both pedagogical staff and learners despite educational disruptions.

The hVET project will aim to:

• create, test and implement a variation of hybrid model in VET schools ;
• support the effective transition of VET systems to the digital age through provision of innovative teaching and learning solutions
• increase inclusion and accessibility in hybrid setting, paying special attention to individuals from disadvantaged groups (digital exclusion, economic obstacles, rural areas)
• encourage innovation, creativity in VET- development of professional skills for modern VET teachers 
• boosting students' engagement in online learning, development of self-motivation in learning
• strengthen cooperation between VET schools and stakeholders across project countries in order to stir innovation and ensure continuity of education regardless of circumstances, promoting flexible learning approaches
• The project will address an urgency for professionalization of VET teachers in terms of hybrid learning environment, blended teaching, improving their own curriculums and instructions.

 During the project's lifetime, 5 Project Results (PRs) will be developed:

1) PR1: METHODOLOGY OF HYBRID TEACHING IN VET SCHOOLS ? the innovative model will be a new paradigm for teaching and learning in VET schools, implementing a suitable variation of hybrid education model where the best features of online (non-contact) education and offline (social contact) face-to-face classes are optimized to deliver the best educational experiences for VET pedagogical staff and students. It will contain stages and steps in delivery of a variation of hybrid flexible model in VET settings while addressing the changes and challenges in the current times.

2) PR2: HYBRID TEACHING: PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION COURSE FOR VET TEACHERS ? It will be an online learning platform based on active learning concept for VET teachers/ tutors/ trainers/educators to build their capacity in hybrid delivery model and promote flexible teaching approaches ensuring increased students participation. It will improve teachers' capacity to teach vocational skills during remote or in-person learning, as well as ensure continued professional development of VET teachers to keep both sets of professional expertise and skills up-todate and improving.

3) PR3: COMPETENCE ASSESSMENT TOOL FOR HYBRID VET TEACHER - psychometric tool for diagnosis and measuring the competences of hybrid VET teacher (synchronised, online and face2face activities). The theoretical basis of the tool will be the developed Competency Profile of Hybrid Teacher 2.0 - a set of essential skills and knowledge of VET teachers conducting on-line and off-line VET classes. The profile will be created on the basis of desk research available literature and the experience of experts ? on-line trainers. The tool will automatically generate individual feedback on competencies relevant to hybrid Teacher 2.0. Based on the results of the diagnosis, the generated report will contain a number of hints for the further development of teachers' competences too .

4) PR4: LEARNING STYLE ONLINE TEST FOR HYBRID VET LEARNERS ? it will be a diagnostic tool for on-line learning style of VET learners to ensure compatibility between new learning solutions and individual needs. It will generate a report for VET learner and teacher identifying learning style of a learner to personalize hybrid experience, defining different learner profiles representing various types of learning preferences. It will take the form of a self-report, and its development will be carried out in the psychometric approach.

5) PR5: HYBRID MYSTERY - It is a hybrid, educational game involving VET learners (today's digital natives) from different schools on local, national and international level (international plot) combining individual and collaborative learning opportunities (synergy), as well as involving outdoor elements. It will bring the real and virtual world together to motivate, educate and inspire. It will offer students challenging and interesting experiences reigniting students' interest in learning, boost motivation and engagement in the learning process, as well as develop their soft skills (e.g. critical thinking, teamwork), improve interaction and collaboration abilities with their peers at a rapid pace. The partners will also create powerful promotional material targeted at VET schools, pedagogical staff (online periodical booklet for VET teachers: Hybrid schools in a nutshell), students, as well as stakeholders (Newsletter). They will also set up and maintain the project multilingual website and social media. All the PRs and results will be available on an open-source license, free-ofcharge. All the results may be applied across and beyond the country borders and school levels (transdisciplinary level of the project methodology and the products).

hVET projesi, Mesleki Eğitim ve Öğretim sektöründe uygulanabilen harmanlanmış bir öğretim modelinin (fiziksel ve sanal öğrenmenin karışımı) bir varyasyonuna dayanan işbirlikçi ve yenilikçi bir eğitim yaklaşımıdır. hVET projesinin temel amacı, Mesleki Eğitim  öğretmenleri, eğitmenler, uygulayıcılar ve öğrenciler için bir dizi uyarlanmış araç, kaynak, materyal içeren bir hibrit öğretim modelinin bir varyasyonunu oluşturmak, test etmek ve uygulamaktır. Böylelikle Mesleki Eğitim ve Öğretim okullarını salgın sonrasında ortaya çıkan yeni eğitim sistemine hazırlamaktır. Araçlar, öğrencilerin katılımı ve işbirliğini teşvik etmek, motivasyonunu artırmak, eğitimdeki aksaklıklara rağmen hem pedagojik personele hem de öğrencilere ilham vermek için bu yeni harmanlanmış ortamda Mesleki Eğitim ve Öğretim öğretmenlerinin etkili olmasını destekleyecektir.

hVET projesi şunları hedeflemektedir;

• Mesleki Eğitim ve Öğretim okullarında hibrit modelin bir varyasyonunu yaratmak, test etmek ve uygulamak;
• Yenilikçi öğretme ve öğrenme arayıcılığıyla Mesleki Eğitim ve Öğretim sistemlerinin dijital çağa etkin geçişini desteklemek
• Dezavantajlı gruplardan (dijital dışlanma, ekonomik engeller, kırsal alanlar) bireylere özel önem vererek, hibrit ortamda dahil etme ve erişilebilirliği artırmak
• Mesleki Eğitim ve Öğretim'de yenilikçiliği ve yaratıcılığı teşvik etmek
• Yenilikçi Mesleki Eğitim öğretmenlerinin mesleki becerileri gelişimini desteklemek
• Öğrencilerin çevrimiçi öğrenmeye katılımını artırmak, öğrenmede öz motivasyonu geliştirmek
• yenilikçiliği harekete geçirmek, koşullar ne olursa olsun eğitimin sürekliliğini sağlamak ve esnek öğrenme yaklaşımlarını teşvik etmek için mesleki eğitim okulları ve proje ülkelerindeki paydaşlar arasındaki iş birliğini güçlendirmek
• Proje, Mesleki Eğitim öğretmenlerinin hibrit öğrenme ortamları, ve harmanlanmış öğretime yönelik müfredat ve talimatlarını geliştirme becerilerini destekleyerek profesyonelleşmelerini hedeflemektedir.

Proje süresince 5 Proje Sonucu (PR) geliştirilecektir:

1) PR1: MESLEKİ EĞİTİM OKULLARINDA HİBRİT ÖĞRETİM METODOLOJİSİ ? Bu yenilikçi model, çevrimiçi (temassız) eğitimin ve yüzyüze (sosyal iletişim) eğitimin en iyi örneklerini harmanlayarak yenilikçi bir eğitim modeli varyasyonunu uygulamayı hedeflemektedir. Mesleki Eğitim ve Öğretim okullarında öğretme ve öğrenme için en iyi eğitim deneyimlerini sunmak üzere optimize edilmiş bu yeni model ile günümüzdeki değişiklikleri ve zorlukları ele alırken, Mesleki Eğitim ve Öğretimde hibrit ve esnek modelin bir varyasyonunun sunulmasındaki aşamaları ve adımları içerecektir.

2) PR2: HİBRİT ÖĞRETİM: MESLEKİ EĞİTİM VE ÖĞRETİM ÖĞRETMENLERİ İÇİN MESLEKİ SERTİFİKA KURSU ? Mesleki Eğitim ve Öğretim öğretmenleri ve eğitmenlerinin mesleki gelişimlerini arttırma amacıyla hibrit bir sunum modeli geliştirmek ve esnek öğretim yaklaşımlarını teşvik etmek için aktif öğrenme konseptine dayalı çevrimiçi bir öğrenme platformu oluşturmaktır. Öğretmenlerin uzaktan veya yüz yüze bir şekilde gerçekleştirdikleri mesleki becerileri, eğitim kapasitesini arttıracak ve mesleki uzmanlığı daha güncel tutarak profesyonel gelişimi destekleyecektir.

3) PR3: HİBRİT MESLEKİ ÖĞRETİM VE EĞİTİM ÖĞRETMENİ İÇİN YETKİNLİK DEĞERLENDİRME ARACI - hibrit meslek öğretmeninin yeterliliklerini teşhis etmek ve ölçmek için psikometrik araç (eşzamanlı, çevrimiçi ve face2face etkinlikleri). Aracın teorik temeli, çevrimiçi ve çevrimdışı Mesleki Eğitim öğretmenlerinin bir dizi temel beceri ve bilgisi olan Hybrid Teacher 2.0'ın geliştirilmiş Yetkinlik Profili olacaktır. Profil, masa başı araştırması mevcut literatür ve uzmanların- çevrimiçi eğitmenlerin deneyimi temelinde oluşturulacaktır. Araç, hibrit Öğretmen 2.0 ile ilgili yeterlilikler hakkında otomatik olarak bireysel geri bildirim oluşturacaktır. Teşhisin sonuçlarına dayanarak, oluşturulan rapor öğretmenlerin yeterliliklerinin daha da geliştirilmesi için bir dizi ipucu içerecektir.
